One-hour fitness classes in a variety of styles such as Pilates, Cardio-Dance, Stretch & Tone, Yoga, Bootcamp and more!

Cardio Dance/Stretch & Tone: A 60-minute class divided into 3 essential exercise ingredients.

Mondays 8:00 pm
Tuesdays 9:30 am
Wednesdays 6:00 pm
Saturdays 9:00 am

Barre Workout: A fitness class that utilizes ballet to elongate and tone muscles.

Mondays 7:00 pm

Pilates/Yoga: A combination class practicing both Pilates and yoga.

Thursdays 6:00 pm

Bootcamp: Work with a personal trainer that will push your body to the limit.

Thursdays 10:30 am


Six-Pack Attack: Thirty minutes of intense abdominal workout.

Thursdays 11:30 am (30-minute intensive)

Prices
$12 per class or purchase a 10-class-pass for only $100. Pass must be used within 3 months of purchase date. Pass is non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost. Relevé reserves the right to cancel a class if there are less than 3 participants.
